Air Gates greatly increase the efficiency of the milking routine as it allows the operator place all his/her focus on the cows. There is no unnecessary exiting the pit to close gates, simply press the button located in the pit to operate the air gates. Guillotine gates are used at the front of the parlour and either guillotine or swing-across gates are used at the back.
All four air gates can be controlled from each air gate control box. A light also indicates when the gates are open.
