All deliveries should be checked when received & before the delivery docket is signed. Should you receive a damaged parcel, it important that the damage be brought to the attention of the delivery driver. It should then be noted on your delivery docket & co-signed by the delivery driver (Include their name in BLOCK CAPITALS underneath.) & the customer. Photographs of the damage should be taken & forwarded along with a copy of the co-signed delivery docket to us us by e-mail. All notifications of damaged goods must notified to us within 24 hours of delivery being received.

All products should be checked when received. Should you receive a defective or faulty product, it important to notify us of the defect or fault within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. If possible, please provide a photograph of the defect or fault, & forward to us us by e-mail. All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty & the terms & conditions there-in. It will be necessary to return the product for inspection, to confirm a fault on the product constituting a manufacturers fault, incurred in the normal & proper use of equipment. Master Agri Ltd reserve the right to repair or replace defective or faulty products.

Where the order is placed via our web shop or by e-mailing, the customer is responsible for checking the suitability of the product for the purpose required. Requests to exchange a product must be submitted in writing to Master Agri Ltd within 48 hours of delivery. Prior approval for goods being returned must be confirmed in writing by Master Agri Ltd. Credit will not be given without this approval in writing. Goods must be returned in the original packaging & will be subject to a 25% re – stocking charge. Goods must not have been used.

Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing within 48 hours. Non-stock products ordered in to order will not be taken back into stock. Prior approval must be received in writing before products are returned & credit will not be given for products returned without prior approval in writing. Where approved, returned products, must be complete & in their original packaging & will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Goods must not have been used.
