Heat Recovery System

The environmentally friendly way of capturing heat generated by the tank compressor, that flows to a thermoplate within the SMART-HEAT – Heat recovery system transferring this heat to the water within heat recovery unit producing hot water to feed hot water boilers reducing heating costs of water. This process increases the efficiency of the compressor by partially cooling the condenser refrigerant re-entering the condenser.

Bulk Milk Tanks

We have in the range capacities from 1000 to 32,000 litres. There are in broad terms two ranges, the DX-FF range is a traditional shape tank, with the Delta-T range being high, small footprint tanks, both offering a number of shapes within the same capacity, giving good flexibility to fit larger tanks into existing dairies. All tanks are supplied with automatic tank washing consoles, options of bottom fill, GSM text alert & robotic milking interface upgrade. Copeland Scroll Compressors are fitted as standard with sizes from 3.5Hp single phase up to 10Hp 3 phase available depending on specification required.

Outdoor Milk Tanks / Milk Silos

Where adequate indoor space is not available, & without the need for additional buildings, our range of tanks/silos are sutiable for indoor and outdoor installation, which are fitted with lockable weatherproof, vermin proof cabinets & covers to protect all the controls & electrical equipment belonging to the tank.

Milk Plate Coolers

An efficient way of taking heat out of milk, reducing the chill time & costs of cooling. The size & specification will be based on the peak flow rate of milk to maximise the temperature reduction achieved.

Ice Builders

Ice Builders – To further reduce the costs of milk cooling by potentially a third, an ice builder is used to build ice on night rate electricity, to provide ice water to circulate through a double stage milk plate cooler, reducing the milk chill time & in turn assisting in lower T.B.C. counts.

Water Boilers

Our agricultural water heater range offers capacities of 150 -500 litres, giving hot water on demand for all uses around the dairy farm environment.

Re-conditioned units

Generally there a range of serviced used milk tanks available, supplied with warranty.

Milk Tank Breakdown Service

We can offer servicing & maintenance agreements on most main stream brands through our service partner.
